About Olathe Kiwanis

Chartered in 1984, Olathe Sunrise Kiwanis is recognized as a leader among community service organizations in Olathe.  In keeping with the focus of Kiwanis International, the local club emphasizes youth in its programming, as well as community-wide service projects.  Membership in the club allows community minded men and women an opportunity for civic involvement, community service, business networking and social dialog with fellow members representing diverse backgrounds and professions.

Members backgrounds represent a variety of careers including: Law Enforcement, Insurance, Business Owners, Dentistry, Architecture, Sales, Retirees, Office Professionals, Education, Administration, Construction, Health Care, Public Safety and Legal Professions.

Weekly meetings are held each Friday morning at 6:30 A.M. at Cracker Barrel.  Business items and a variety of informative programs provide one hour of interesting and social interaction. Meetings adjourn at 7:30 A.M.
